Priority Training Systems Video
Priority Training Systems, in partnership with Studio E2 and North Lake Physical Therapy, have created an introductory level series of video demonstrations for flexibility and core strengthening routines. These routines, when completed properly are designed to enhance athletic performance. They are not designed for injury rehabilitation. Should you have an injury which may effect your ability to complete these routines, please seek the advice of a medical professional before starting this or any other athletic endeavor.
