Process for Customized Programs

First Step:
Each Priority Training Systems' client will be given a pre-analysis questionnaire when entering the program. This questionnaire will be fairly detailed and will help build a realistic but challenging plan for you. This step is a critical component of the program, and allows open interaction between you and your coach. This will form the initial foundation on which the other phases of the program will be built.
Second Step:
Once the data has been collected, a specific plan will be built for you. While the details of each plan will be personalized, each plan will incorporate your overall goals and work situation in conjunction with other commitments in your life.
Third Step:
Once the program is prescribed and mutually (coach / client) agreed to, it will be constantly monitored to ensure we are staying on track. A web-based tracking tool (Training Peaks/Cycling Peaks) will be utilized so that you can continuously update or review your program, ask questions, or get clarification on any aspect of your training. We will always maintain an open door policy via telephone, email, Private Messaging, and in person when appropriate. Take this as your chance to not only ask questions about your training program, but any cycling questions you may ultimately have.
