Training Philosophy
About Us | Our Process | Training Philosophy
The basic principles of the program (periodization of strength, power, and endurance training) are well established, as are the benefits of stretching, relaxation, and core strength conditioning.
What's unique about our program:
- How the phases of the program are weighted in relation to overall goals.
- How the phases are sequenced to maximize your gains in a time effective manner.
- How flexible the program can be to meet changes in every day life.
For additional information, please see our process.
Our training programs are designed to meet the needs of both recreational and competitive athletes with a real world approach to improving performance and fitness results.
