"PTS takes a realistic approach to balancing my training with my business and personal lifestyle which I have found to be an important component for success. I spend less time training through PTS with much better results — including several race wins and personal bests — than I did on my own. Most importantly, the coaches at PTS take a personal interest in my success athletically, personally, and professionally"

Competitive Cyclist, Runner, and Adventure Racer
